View your DVD Slideshow or Contact Sheets at home, select your favourite photo or perhaps a few favourites, complete the form below and you will have your puzzles in days. Easy.

A5 (148.5 x 210mm) = $32
A4 (297 x 210mm) = $47
A3 (420 x 297mm) = $70
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include Postage & Handling to an Australian postal address.
Discounts?
Discounts apply for fundraising at creches, playgroups, schools, kindergartens etc. Please contact me to chat about your ideas.

How do I pay?
On receipt of this form, I will contact you to confirm your order and payment method. You may pay by Gift Certificate/Cheque/Cash/Direct Transfer (Ref: Childs Name). Orders will be processed when payment is received in full.
*Photograph file name? What does this mean?
So that I know what photograph you would like made into a jigsaw puzzle, please select your image from your DVD and note its file name. Eg: Max_0032.JPG. For the black/white version it will have a 'B' after the number. Eg: Max_0032B.JPG.
What will be printed on my jigsaw puzzles?
Your chosen baby photo, name of child, age of child and my small discreet PHOTOBABY.COM.AU logo.
Do you make vertical/portrait jigsaw puzzles?
Yes. If you nominate a vertical/portrait photograph, I will apply the text details at the base similar to the horizontal/landscape option shown on this page.
What are they made from?
High quality photographic prints and cardboard.
What size are the actual puzzle pieces?
You can choose from different puzzle piece amounts. The less number of puzzle pieces, the larger the actual piece (great for children's small hands).

How long will it take to receive my puzzle?
Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
