I agree with the following: I understand that I (the client) may change the date and/or time of my photo session. The deposit is valid for 2 months from the initial booking date. If I postpone or cancel within 24 hours of my photo session Photobaby will retain the $50 deposit. I understand that if I arrive late that my session time still begins from the booked time. Photobaby will do their best to provide me with the number of photos nominated in my collection but can’t guarantee it. I give permission for Photobaby to use photos taken during my session to promote Photobaby online (eg social media) and/or in print (eg brochures) 6 weeks or more after my session. Should you wish Photobaby not to use any photos, simply email [email protected], stating so with no questions asked within 6 weeks of your session. Photobaby respects your decision and privacy.
