Are the images of my child copyrighted?

Yes, Marnie Hibbert will always hold the copyright for PHOTOBABY.COM.AU images taken. If you purchase a DVD, Newborn, Mini Session, Event or Baby Collection Package, then you have the rights to print and reproduce the images, for private use, forever. You must not however, use the images commercially in anyway whatsoever.

Marnie Hibbert will seek permission from the child’s guardian in the event that an image may be used for advertising material associated with PHOTOBABY.COM.AU.
